This is a Direct to Film Transfer ( Textiles )- DTF

This sheet is A3 (297 x 420 mm)

You can fill it with as many images as you like, and we will print your file. We suggest you use Canva and add your chosen images to a blank page. You can also email your images and we will build the sheet for you. Please get in touch if you require any help. Sheets and images can be sent to: info@dtfxpress.co.uk

Usual turnaround for this is same day dispatch, if ordered prior to noon that day. During peak times this may extend to 2-3 days, please check home page for up to date dispatch times at time of placing your order.

Application instructions for cold peel DTF

1. Lint roll your garment to ensure that any debris is removed 

2. Pre-heat your press/mini/iron (heat will depend on the garment - for cotton, we use approximately 160c)

3. Pre-Press your fabric

4. Place film directly on the fabric

5. Cover with teflon sheet

6. Press at 150c for 30-40 seconds

7. Let the fabric cool down – then peel the film – note this is a cold peel DTF print.

8. Apply a Teflon sheet to the top of your design

9. Re-press for 5 seconds

All DTF Transfers are cool-peel, meaning the film & garment need to cool before you remove the transfer sheet. They will not adhere if you attempt to remove them hot-off-the-press.
